I commit to come alongside you and help create a smooth and easy transition into parenthood for your entire family. Imagine being able to look back on the initial weeks following your newborn’s arrival, feeling calm, confident, & fully supported with parenthood, rather than feeling like you barely survived.
Birth Doula Services
$1200
My goal as your birth doula is to help guide you through your pregnancy, birth and those special first moments postpartum.
I provide resources, information, support and encouragement to families preparing for their newest edition.
My birth doula package includes:
Up to two 2-hour prenatal visits
Personalized birth plan
Telephone, text, and email support through pregnancy
Up to 12 hours of in-person labor support
Additional hours beyond 12
will be billed at the hourly rate of $30/hour
Additional 2 hour post birth support immediately following delivery
One 2 -hour postpartum visit to welcome your baby and discuss needs, questions or concerns
Referrals as needed, to community and/or other resources
Postpartum Care
Prices begin at $40 per hour
Postpartum Care – for the first two weeks postpartum I offer 3 days per week to allow mom to heal, rest and welcome motherhood without stressing over adjusting on no sleep!
My postpartum care package includes:
Daytime & Overnight support including feedings and/or breastfeeding support, diaper changes, soothing, sleep shaping, and routine orientation.
Help tidying the home, washing bottles and/or pump parts, aiding in laundry upkeep.
Listening, supporting, informing new parents on what to expect, providing resources.
Allowing new mothers to rest and recover by pampering and catering to their needs.
Access to my trusted back up doulas if additional care is needed when I’m unavailable.
